Leading and driving performance in arguably our most important team, you'll empower and motivate your people to put our customers first, whether they get in touch by phone or email. We're all about making things simple for our customers. This presents specific challenges for us - or opportunities as we see them - but you'll make it look easy as you review performance, identify training needs, close gaps in service delivery and use information to help us to get even better. We're a small team with big ambitions, so you'll also be flexible and ready to muck in when needed. In fact, you'll thrive on it.

With good team leader experience gained in a similarly dynamic environment, you understand how a contact centre works and the issues your team face. So you'll bring empathy and encouragement to leading your team and ensuring they're comfortable and confident in doing the right thing for our customers. You'll also need to be a graduate with at least a 2:2 or better, and have proven experience of working with a gas/electricity supplier or network. Just as important is the ability to see things from the customer's point of view. If you have all of this, plus real passion and enthusiasm for delivering industry-changing service, we are where you want to be.
