Field Service Engineer - Repair/Service/Install - Competitive Package including Car


The aim of the Field Service Engineer is to carry out repair, maintenance and Installation of all equipment serviced by the Company, both now and in the future


To maintain contact with all Call Desk in accordance with the needs of the operation.

To repair, service and install all equipment to a high standard in accordance with the Company and ISO9001 procedures.

To maintain adequate levels of spares stocks. Within specified cost guidelines, in order to achieve the required First Time Fix.

To complete all necessary paperwork accurately.

To establish and maintain good customer relationships.

To keep secure and in good condition all Company equipment.

To improve technical expertise in order that productive output can be maximised at all times.

To maintain your verification status and comply with all legal requirements.

To keep company car regularly serviced and in clean condition.

To keep a clean and tidy appearance, especially on customer premises.

To ensure that all requirements under Health & Safety legislation are actively adhered to.

Lone working on Customer premises.

Manual Handling of tools, equipment & calibration/verification weights required.

Extensive driving between customer sites.

To carry our any other request compatible with the Job Description as identified by Customer Services/Desk Operations Manager.

Flexibility and understanding to achieve customers service level agreements (SLA)
