Human Resources (HR) Advisor / HR Officer 26,000 - 32,000 + flexible benefits

Based: South Wales

The HR Advisor / HR Officer will provide operational Human Resources support to the business functions, delivering a customer focused and proactive HR service to support the delivery of the organisations objectives.

The HR Advisor / HR Officer will offer high quality generalist advice and support on all aspects of HR including employee relations, absence management, implementation and use of Company policies, performance management, pay review, appraisals, recruitment etc.

Our Blue Chip client is a large international corporation, a major player in its market sector and a well established supplier to the engineering and technology sector in the UK and internationally.

The HR Adviser / HR Officer will some have previous HR experience with good communication and organisational skills and first class customer service awareness. You will be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Studying towards CIPD, or recently qualified CIPD status, would support your application further.
