Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Lead

A Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Lead is required to join an international organiser of B2B events for senior executives across a wide range of industries. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical lead to advance their skills and learn new technologies.

As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Lead you will be required to define, design and document ongoing technical requirements for users. You will be responsible for the configuration and customising of the CRM/AX systems according to the users technical requirements and design specifications. Once the systems have been designed and configured you will be involved in the testing of these ensuring requirements have been met and training/supporting staff members whilst ensuring super users receive high end training. You will continually assist the support team in resolving incidents and initiate sub projects and initiatives to improve user experience.

The successful Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Lead will have strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, C#, T/SQL, SQL Server (2005+) and Jscript. You should have experience in participating in the full lifecycle of CRM implementation projects in small-medium sized businesses. Desirably you will have experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX and development experience using Visual Studio 2008 or above.
