ICT Support Technician

Our client is a fully integrated ICT provider who are recruiting for a temporary 3 month 1st Line ICT Support Technician working within a busy and motivated team environment. Our client has an enviable client base covering the public & private sectors throughout the UK. The solutions they supply include cloud computing, virtualisation, telecommunications services including support, mobile, internet connectivity including leased lines, broadband and EFM.

They are looking for a temporary 1st Line ICT support technician with a minimum of 2 years experience within this field and must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, have an ability to meet agreed SLAs and work under pressure, able to listen and interpret customer needs accurately in a positive attitude . Reporting to the ICT Service Delivery Manager, you will provide ICT support via the ICT Service desk becoming an instrumental part of an already customer focused support team, working across a varied technical environment.

The role is up to 3 months, hourly rate is dependent on experience, benefits include a mileage allowance, it is essential you are a car owner.
